# `Localize.Unit.Ecto.Composite.Type`

Implements the `Ecto.Type` behaviour for a user-defined Postgres composite
type called `:cldr_unit`.

This is the preferred option for Postgres databases since the serialized
unit value is stored as a decimal number.
